Worked closely with the senior designer to redesign the PDF Pack download popup, letting users customize by topic, date range, and category instead of a fixed bundle. That change drove a 280% increase in CTR.

Designed landing pages that give free users a real sneak peek at their citation and impact data, enough value to spark upgrades to the paid tier.
